Read it, link to it, quote it in an article, share it. None of that needs asking. If you are writing about Jennifer and need a biography, photographs or artwork, the press kit exists for exactly that and is the fastest route.
What you may not do is copy the text or the images wholesale onto another site, or use any of it to imply an endorsement, an association or a booking that does not exist.

Compositions and recordings belong to Jennifer Ewbank, her co writers, her publisher and her label. Nothing on this site grants a licence to use them.
Film and photography
Video and photographs remain with the directors, production companies and photographers who made them, and are used here by arrangement.

The words, the design and the code are the property of Jennifer Ewbank and are not offered for reuse.

Everything on this site about performances is descriptive. It is not a quotation and it is not a contract. A booking exists only once it has been quoted in writing, confirmed in writing by both sides, and, where a territory requires it, cleared for the paperwork that territory demands.
